Ordered a radio in December. Arrived nonfunctional , missing all the necessary wiring to actually function contacted them they sent the wiring wired up unit and then the unit didn’t work spoke to them daily about this. They offered software fixes that I had to install myself obviously, and they did not work. It is now March, and they finally agreed to take a return, but they want a security deposit before they will send me a replacement unit the security deposit I was told 80% of the original purchase price.

I bought a super expensive (for me) radio for in my truck. It supposed to be a custom if and do a whole bunch of crazy cool features. Well I placed the order Dec 16th. My mom then passed away so I kinda just forgot about it. I did immediately give them a extensive included features on my vehicle a long with a phone of the dash and old radio. I sent them all that requests info the same night I had bought it. I have messages called left voicemails just about every week asking what the F. This is ridiculous, I like pointing out their little 30 day return money back guarantee they list on their website. At this point I don’t know what to do next with them. I’m extremely fed up with their serv… well I should say robbery! I need to get my money back. I just keep hoping my Christmas presents will randomly appear on my door step.
