We had ordered a dog to be shipped. We were emailed from the person we ordered the dog from with the tracking information and website. 2 hours later we got an email from the shipping company that said we had to send them substantially more money because the dog crate was not approved and we had to purchase one from them. When we didn’t respond right away the shipper called and threatened legal action if we didn’t give them more money through the Zelle app, wouldn’t accept a credit card. Told them we couldn’t do that and they hung up on us. They have ceased all communication.
