Company pretends to buy back apple phones. Sent me a box to return via FedEx. They received the phone, then the next day marked in their system that it was not received. They do not answer their phones or respond to emails. I never received any notifications from them, despite their site stating they would contact the customer should the phone not meet the standards for buy back. Either their employees are thieves, or the entire company is fraudulent. You should not have to turn off find my iphone before sending it away since now it can not be traced or locked.
