The person who called said he was from Mediacom Cable. He gave his name as Kevin. He wanted to give me a discount on my bill. He seemed to have a lot of information about my account and how i paid it. He knew what bank i used and he just wanted my account number which i didn't give him. He made me a lot of promises on reducing my bill. He continually wanted my account number which i didn’t give to him. I finally hung up and called Mediacom and they told me that they don’t call customers, customers call them.
