I was illegally contacted through my personal website contact information by someone named Emily Thompson. It was an advertisement for ReachOut Capital, and even included the disclosure "Disclosure: This is a paid advertisement from Reachout Capital. You are receiving this message because you have either inquired about our services or opted to receive marketing communications." However, the email was a result of filling out a contact form on my website and I have never inquired about their services nor opted in any way to receive marketing communications from them. This was likely filled out using illegal bots. According to their website, they are a loan company, but I can't find them listed on BBB.
