A postcard was sent to my dad stating" Our records indicate that you have an unclaimed reward on your account. We are holding $100.00 in savings for you good at Wal-Mart, Target, and more - in your name.! Please call us toll free at 1-888-268-0291 to claim your reward as soon as possible."

They also provided a fake claim number on the postcard that he had to give them for redemption.

Postcard in the US mail: 'Call Now to claim your reward reserved in your name 1-800-823-3662'. No company name, no address, no email. (I only put in a dummy 'scammer zip code' and 'scammer email' because the ScamPulse.com form wouldn't allow me to proceed without entering something--you really should fix this.) Postage paid in Portland ME. This is obviously a scam--but someone will fall for it.
