I purchased what I thought was a pretty dress with amazing reviews and when it arrived it was of poor quality and is something I would not wear. I asked to send back my dress and was offered $8 then $15 - I refused and this is the email I was sent - when you google the Dubai address - it is mentioned via Lerelo and other companies. And again I hope someone reads this so that they dont lose their $58US. Email from Lerelo. //. Dear customer:

If you insist on returning, this is the only return address: No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE + 852 81990571. Once you send , please give us the return tracking number. We will refund the money ASAP after receiving the package, and we wont bear the shipping cost.

We apologize for any inconvenience to this matter.Thank you for your understanding.

I bought a dress from the company disclosed (Lerelo). The dress did not fit and I attempted to return for a refund as stated in the companies policy. The company only offers communication via email. It took them nearly a week to respond my my initial email request to please provide a return address for my refund. They offered me $9 in compensation for a $57.98 purchase, and said I could keep the dress. I responded that I did not want the dress and wanted a full refund as stated in their policy (which I copied and pasted to the email). They countered with offering $15 for a refund. I again requested a full refund. The countered again saying $21 is the highest compensation that could offer and I could again keep the dress as the return address was "located in Dubai and it was not worth it for them to return the item". I again requested my full refund of $57.98 and copied and pasted the companies policy in the body of the email. As of today (05/10/23) I have still not been refunded my money. This company is AWFUL. Obviously a scam. I do not want anyone else to go through this.
