Would not let me cancel an auto renewal plan that was to renew today. Said I would have to pay $180.00 . set off an ear splitting noise in my ear after I disagreed with him. Then I hung up . Called me back said I hung up on him.

I told him to cancel service again and he continues to tell me about this service and that I should not cancel. I asked again for cancellation and I hung up. He rang my phone 3 more times. I did not answer again. He has my card number so I'm sure it will be charged. He is a bully and does not need to work in a customer service depart. He repeatedly to me I was not being polite when I contested a $180 cancellation fee . then he started calling it a tech fee.
