Purchase was discovered while business manager was reviewing charges in QuickBooks. Business manager contacted business owner to verify if anything was purchased from this company. Business owner has no knowledge of purchasing anything from BioLyfe. Unsure of how the business credit card number was obtained. Contacted business who would not allow anyone to speak to management without an account though it was regarding a fraudulent charge. Company did not have a fraud department. Company refused to try and resolve issue or try to find issue without an account being made.
