RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
* Handle the physical mailing of participant communications using USPS mailing services.
* Bulk ship product orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx services.
* Actively monitor inventory levels of paper, envelopes and other consumables. Alert staff when levels are low and need to be reordered.
* Assist the Fulfillment Center operations with other projects as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* No prior work experience required.
* Ability to understand and follow precise directions.
* Able to effectively multi-task.
* Able to work with time-sensitive material and meet multiple deadlines.
* Good organizational and prioritization skills.
Equipment required will be a laser printer with black, color ink and check paper which you'd be reimbursed on the amount you spent on supplies on your Payday. Are you currently working a full-time job?
