I received an email from the address: [email protected], which came up as a Paul Page; the subject of the email was "Proposal Request." The email then said my Docusign is ready and all parties have signed, please review and sign. I don't know who this person is and as I was not expecting a Docusign I did not click on any of the links; instead I notified my email provider and sent an email to Docusign's [email protected]. I know that typically, Docusign documents come from an @docusign.net or @docusign.com email address and not gmail (again, this email came from a gmail address). I think this may be a phishing scam.

I received an email from a Shawn R. Peterson claiming to be with the Abuse Dept of the ScamPulse.com reporting that my organization had a complaint filed about violations to the Fair Labor Act. Instruction for more information included clicking a link. See attached email.
