I had filled out an online form on https://www.mcgruffsafekit.com/canada/. Someone named Joel Du Broy called claiming that he is a representing American Income Life which is a non profit. He called me and setup a meeting on zoom. He introduced himself and started explaining about Child Safety kit. He had my name and my wife's name along with my phone number. He was persuasive about providing our friends numbers who have children under 8. we simply declined stating that we need to ask our friends before giving out their personal information. It was very convincing until he started asking about my date of birth, that's when i got suspicious and disconnected the call.
