April 23, 2020 I ordered a "Wireless Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter" eventually receiving it almost two months later after sending about 6 emails. It worked the first time I used it, but today, the screen is showing an error "Finger Out". I'm not even going to try to return it or get a refund. I've learned from this experience to check the seller info. more carefully. It does reflect badly on Philips though.

Ordered in early May and the ad said it would arrive 3-5 days. End of May I contacted them and they said it was shipped and should arrive soon. June contacted them again and they assured me it was shipped and would arrive quickly. Near end of June I contacted again and asked for the $59.00 refund. They said they could not refund the money because it was shipped and I would receive it soon. A China scam. DO NOT BUY from OXYMETER! You will be scammed!

I ordered two “fingertip pulse oximeters” from this website, thinking that it was the legitimate Philips company. After more than a month delay they were delivered. One of them is defective - it has never worked. The other one seems to be okay for now. I requested a refund for the defective item. They requested pictures (which I sent) and then offered me a refund of 30%. I demanded a full refund and since then they have not replied to my emails and it seems their website has disappeared. It was charged to my credit card under PRO-THERMS through PayPal. Do not order from this company - it’s a scam. Is there any other recourse?

Don't buy. They are a scammers. They look like they are based in the US but they are in China. They take your money and will ship a terrible product about three months later. I tried to cancel my order right after I put it in but no one responded. I followed up with PayPal and they were not helpful either. The product came three months later and I tried to return it and they keep telling me it is too far and they will give me 20% back. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered an oxygen pulse reader from this website in April due to the Covid-19 scare and paid $43.00 and was told the item would be shipped immediately. I waited for weeks and never received anything. I emailed the support email address listed on the website and received an email saying they were backed up due to shipping issues as a result of Covid and would ship immediately. Weeks went by again and I sent another email and got the same response. I asked for a refund and said I was submitting this to the BBB. They immediately responded back that they would be shipping my product and apologized for the delays. Weeks went by again and I sent a third email. This time I received an email back in Chinese and now the website doesn't seem to be found.

As with others, I purchased a oximeter on April 22, 2020 and never received it. After a couple of email exchanges filled with promise of delivery, "problems with logistic company" and a bogus tracking number, not matching USPS, UPS,FEDEX or any other mailing service, I am registering a "complaint with Paypal, whom I used to pay for it.
Don't know if I will ever see the $38.80, I'm convinced what used to be a legitimate company has turned into scam artists/unsavory opportunists. They may have even started the story about needing to keep track of your oxygen levels because of the covid-19 hidden low O2 symptoms. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Just like these reviewers I ordered a pulse oximeter from this company on April 30th and still have yet to receive it almost a month later. I contacted them a week after ordering when it had not even shipped and told them to cancel the order and refund my money as I had to go out and purchase another one. The last information on the tracking # was from May 21 showing it had just arrived in the US. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a finger oximeter back on 4/22/2020. I requested a refund 5/19/2020 after not receiving the product. Was told it was on its way and was delayed due to high volume. On 5/22/2020, I received a unit that didn't work. Again contacted via email for refund on defective item. First they wanted a picture of the item, then they wanted a video. They just keep dragging this on with no refund given. Was charged to my credit card under PRO-THERMS.

On April 23 I ordered 2 pulse oximeters on line. I wasn't given a shipping date. I tried to contact them, no answer until today, May 17. My brother and sister are in the same situation.

when I go back to the website I notice that there is no business address or phone number for the company. please see below. email and proof of purchase/invoice
