I was introduced to Phil Anthropy House, a non profit organization, by my tax professional, Rod Hubbard, of Gladwick Corporation located in Gardena, California. He said, that he had the answer to our prayer's since the bank had denied three modification request's. My seventy four year old parent's trusted my tax professional, because he assured them that he would help us save our house.
Phil Anthropy House, negotiated a short sale with the bank, and began a lease with me at $2,000 per month. In good faith, I consistently paid my rent to T.L.C. Escrow Services, every month for eleven months. Out of now here, the threat of losing my home, and being thrown out into the street was made real to me in a letter I received in the mail June 21, 2018 dated June 19, 2018. This letter was from Attorney Ronald Appel, on behalf of Phil Anthropy House.
The letter explained that The non profit organization would not renew my lease, because the expenses of the property exceed my $2,000 rent payment. What expenses??? There have been no repairs, or upgrades inside, or outside the house. My furnace is red tagged... We never got a phone call, or any form of communication from this company, or their attorney to renegotiate the lease, ever.
Something terrible is happening, and I desperately need help...I believe that Mr. Rod Hubbard, my tax professional, cut a side deal with Phil Anthropy House. I haven't been able to locate, or meet with him to discuss my taxes, and get some understanding on why he led us to these sharks. He avoids my phone calls, and text messages. He led us to this company, and slit our throats open.
We need your help please....My father is tired, and weary from this great loss. He and my mother, are worn out, and just want peace in their golden years of retirement. My father is a retired probation officer, and a cancer survivor since 2014. My mother is a retired nurse, battling with dementia.... I have to fight for them now. This company used the word "Philanthropy" to lure us in to doing business with them. They preyed on my elderly parent's, and took advantage of us.
Please research this predatory company. I can't get them to answer the phone. They show that they are permanently closed. How can this be??? Please help me expose this fraudulent company...this Phil Anthropy House of preditory people has injured me, and my family. We were never given the chance to do the lease option buy back.... We were told, "Take your time with the lease option...give yourself a couple of years." My elderly parent's relied on this company to provide an honest option to the foreclosure.
They told us "they didn't want our house, they wanted to help us keep it." We trusted this company and they failed us...Please, please help me fight this company. Phil Anthropy House lied to us, and I fear there are other victim's out there that are wounded, scared, and too ashamed to come forward, and tell their story...
Please investigate this company, as soon as possible. Please tell our story!!!
