Upon encountering an advertisement on Instagram for a product that appeared highly appealing, I made a purchase with the assurance of a Christmas delivery date. However, since the Christm[censored]iday had passed, I decided to reach out to the company for clarification. Despite repeated communications, the representative has consistently indicated that the shipment is in transit. Despite the passage of two months, I have yet to receive any notification or shipment.

Ordered thru the website, they charged my card twice and sent an email saying the item had shipped only after 3 wks and both charges. I tried calling and emailing and never heard back. Item was never actually shipped or received. I had to dispute with my cc company twice to ensure they wouldn’t charge my card monthly.

Placed order, never shipped. They automatically signed me up for a 'membership' that I had removed from the order. I contacted them to cancel immediately after placing the order, no reply. I have sent two more follow-up emails with no reply.

They have a lot of sales and promotions to buy body and lip oils. Once you purchase, it adds a “VIP Club” subscription to your order, which you have to go in and cancel otherwise it’ll automatically charge your card every 3 days following the purchased date. My order was placed a month ago, I never received any updates or tracking information. They provide an email on the website for order cancellation, but they do not reply through there.

This business is a scam and it’s ran by Shane M Wilkerson! I ordered and it never came and then I went to the Facebook page and so many other people have been scammed. This business is a fake and they should be thrown in jail!

I seen an advertisement on Facebook. I was Christmas shopping and thought their products would make a great gift and placed an order with them. I then received an email with a confirmation number and thought all was normal. I since then have not received any response from them in regards of my package. So I sent an email asking about my package and mentioned my concerns and still haven’t received a response. After not getting a response, I tried calling them to discuss my order and the line went straight to voicemail I then left a message with my number to reach me at and still have no response nor did I received any package from them.

There is an Instagram ad that appears very legit with real customer reviews. They will give you a very good pitch, and sell you low cost pheromones. The receipt will show a free vip membership. You’ll get another email confirmation and be charged $29.95 3 days later and never receive a product.

Made an order October 15,2024 - online it says 2-5 shipping

After 8 business days I emailed and they said my order was lost in transit and offered me a refund or said i can wait till Dec 15th for them to resend it. I asked for a refund and they said they had initiated it and it will take 5-6 business days. Again, those days came and went and nothing. I reached out again only to get the same automated email about my refund being initiated. It is now December 19th, and I have not received my refund, order or any further communication from the owner or support team.

The same card that was used to purchase, was used to try to make a $250 purchase and I believe this was also them. They have all comments turned off on social media so you can not warn others or call them out.

Scammer has a Facebook page offering a pheromone iduced body glitter for sale. Unfortunately you never receive your product, the you get charged $29.99 a month for a VIP club that you never signed up for. There are no response to emails or phone calls.

I found this ad on Instagram and bought 2 bottles on 10/25/24. Still have not received. Emailed support on my order #41739 and was contacted several times by Jessica Wilkerson that my order was about to ship. Still nothing. This site should not be able to exist. They take your money and send you nothing. I’m done emailing and waiting for my non-exsistant order. Please do something about this company.

This website was posted on Instagram selling for body lotion. When you put an item in your cart and go to checkout, everything looks normal at the checkout screen with the same amount of money for the items that you put in the cart.



If you fail to open your order summary, most customers will miss the VIP membership xFREE that is put in your cart. At the bottom of your order summary, there is text with an asterisk that says customer agrees to pay all future fees listed on this web page and agrees to cancellation policy. No where on the page or cancellation policy is there a list that states that this is a trial membership, how long the trial is or how much the monthly fee will be once said trial is over.



So even if the customers catch the FREE VIP membership in their cart, they are being led to believe that since there is no price listed or days listed or that this is even a trial membership in general, that this is a free perk.



After placing your order, you get an email that states you will get an email confirmation when your order is ready with no email stating anything about signing up for a membership, rules regarding said membership or confirmation about anything regarding a trial membership or how long you have. Just the FREE MEMBERSHIP that is attached to your initial order.



After 3 days, you get another email confirmation with your card being charged for this "MEMBERSHIP" order.



Tried to email the address to cancel subscription, but get from gmail that my email is blocked or no response in general.

I ordered a lip gloss bundle and spent about $30. I received a confirmation email and then nothing else. Over a week goes by and I reach out. A woman named Jessica Wilkerson replied and said there was an issue and that my order would ship in 8-10 business days. I could wait or get a refund. I opted to wait. Another 2 weeks goes by and still nothing. I reach out again and the same woman said it still hadn't shipped. At this point asked for a refund. She said I would be issued a full refund in 5-6 business days and receive a confirmation email about my refund. That time has come and gone and I still haven't received either.

Placed order May 3. 3 weeks passed and never received my item. I emailed 3 times. They kept giving me the run around. Finally I threatened to press charges for fraud. Their next response was that my item shipped. They even sent me a tracking number and said it was on its way on May 22. To date my item had not been "picked up" from the shipping "warehouse". It still shows as LABEL CREATED. June 2, i demanded a refund. They THEN said it has been processed. It is now June 12th, i dont have my items, nor have i received my refund.
