Never Shipped

I ordered the Pheremonie perfume roller from thier online shop for the second time. The first time it shipped and there was no issue. The second time (it was a reorder) they never shipped it, but I was charged for it. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and attached the order confirmation and have not had a response in months.

Made my purchase online in the middle of June and money was taken out of my account. They sent a tracking number but when I went to use it it said no such number, didn’t recognize my login information and I’ve reached out multiple times to the email address provided and can’t receive any reply
