A pop up ad for this weight loss product offered a trial vial of the Keto pills for just $6.95 for shipping. It asked and I gave credit card info. I received the pills, plus another bottle of "Mango Cleanse" which I didn't think I'd ordered, but since it, too, was just $6.95, I didn't bother to dispute. I received an invoice from the company for both orders, for $6.95 each. I did not receive any other message or info from the company, but when I got my credit card statement, this company had charged not only the two $6.95 charges, but two additional charges of $96.95 each. They had not sent more pills, but they also hadn't sent additional invoices or any other information; the charges were made without my knowledge or my agreement. When I contacted the customer service number (gotten from the credit card bill), the customer rep was not at all concerned and insisted I'd agreed to the charges when I had no opted out of the charges apparently hidden in the "Terms and Conditions" section. He said there was a box I had inadvertently checked or not checked (his accent made it difficult to understand exactly what he was saying. I demanded he withdraw the charges, that I hadn't even opened the pills and would send them back. He insisted the company would not allow returns, and that I owed the almost $200 that I had not authorized. These are pills that sell on Amazon for $17.95. This is a company that uses unscrupulous business tactics to secretly siphon customers' credit cards without the customers' knowledge or authorization, so beware.
