I received a missed call from the above number. When I returned the call, I was greeted by my full name and when I begun to ask questions, I was hung up on not once but three times. When I called back only a few of my questions were answered. That is how and when I found out their website that does not exit nor their location. I am a U.S. Veteran and always use the Veteran's Hospital's pharmacy, whom they do not represent. They did say that they would remove my number from their call list. We'll see.

I got a call from this company to verify the prescription that my husband is using. When I asked questions, they said that they had received an email from my address, which I didn't send. They told me that the medicine would be shipped by UPS to my doorstep.

They keep calling my cell phone claiming they have info on a medical condition that I have but I really don't. I tell them to stop calling but they keep on calling me. I suspect that this is an attempted scam but not 100% sure since I hang up on the caller.

I was called on 12/19/18, by Alfred who said he was calling from Pharmacy Services to ask me about a topical joint pain and dry skin medication. As soon as I said I don't use any medication he hung up. I called the 401-495-7749 number back and it has select option 1 to talk to a Rep. When I selected 1 I got a "Rep" named Karl and I asked how he received my name and number. He indicated a family member could have made an order online. When I continued to ask questions he hung up. I called back a second time and got a "Rep" name Kate and asked for their companies address so I could send a letter. She asked why I wanted to send a letter and when I persisted for an address she hung up. They know my name without me telling them, I presume its based on my phone number.

Company called wanting to set up a home visit to swab for cancer and review my medications. They wanted to know my Medicare and Medicaid ID #. They said they were from Medicare. I called my insurance company that does my Medicare and they stated they did not have a program that would do that. I called the number they left back and the company was Pharmacy Services and they were selling pain patches/solution for people with pain that was non narcotic and said it would need approval from my MD. They denied connection to Medicare.

They call requesting that your Dr. Recommended a back brace or lidocaine patches.

They need your social security number to input it into the computer to process your claim and they will mail it out. They used to go by medical services. I have sent the information to my Dr.office and the aftershave called them. My Dr's.office now verifies any prescriptions that they are requesting.

Received fraudulent fax requesting medication Rx for one of our patients. Fax # 888-290-8812. This patient never requested the medication. When calling the number it rings and rings.
