Our office is the primary care provider for the person targeted. We received several phone calls and faxes requesting our office to send in prescriptions on a certain patient. The prescriptions claim that the patient was asking for different types of creams for a skin condition they don't even have. The patient was notified. The patient stated that they had never requested anything from this so called pharmacy nor did they want anything sent back to them. The pharmacy we have down for this patient is a local chain pharmacy. The correspondence received from the fax doesn't even give an address for this company. We contacted this company to let them know that the patient never requested the prescription medication being asked for and didn't wish to receive anything else from them. We were hung up on.
