Bought 2 IceChill 2.0 masks from Ice-Protect. Website states it's designed and stocked in the USA. All orders ships from our USPS Priority Mail. Masks are 3-ply and For particles larger than 0.05 micrometer. When I received the masks they had holes that you could see straight through. They were also only 2-ply. The package read Fashion Mask. No where does it say IceChill 2.0. I contacted the company via email and email was rejected. I sent a message via messenger and wrote to a representative for 3 days. I asked what the item number was for the masks and I just got the run around. I asked for a refund and they told me my masked shipped from CHINA and it would cost me more in postage than to just keep them. Now, the return address on the package is a New York address so that just don't make any sense. I'm going to call my credit card to hopefully get them to help me. Hope this helps someone else before they buy from this company.
