He states he is the CEO of PGems Diamonds and Mining. The pictures he has sent through texting and social media match those on the website he provided. We had been texting when he made a trip to Lithuania sending me pictures of both a current boarding pass and a receipt from CheapoAir. He was awarded a mining permit. His 3rd day there he lost his wallet with $3200.00 euros in it, just over $3600.00 US dollars. He wanted me to send him $2000.00 for a couple of days, I told him I live on a 1/4 of that amount per month. When I asked about don't you have a corporate account I was told no, everything goes through one account. That was that alarm bell.
