I started receiving calls for over a week 401-690-8133. They have called yesterday, 9-19, and late last night and today 9-20 2:35pm. Last week they called, and they called yesterday and then they called again today. On the caller ID it shows PG&E 401-690-8133.

Several calls from 805-973-2314 CallerID=Unknown Name usually early evening. Never leave message. Get so many scam calls on my landline that I always check 800Notes. See that this is a robocall from a big call center that purports to be PG&E. I'll never answer.

On March 30 2017 at 1:30pm PST I received a call from 877-743-2448. The guy said he was PG&E and asked me twice if I could hear him. I said No and hung up immediately. He did not say a name and I dont believe it was a robot call.

Seems to be a fake number calling to get user to say "yes". Stated that they were part of PG&E asking about monthly billing costs. They hung up as soon as I stated yes.
This seems like it could be part of the "yes" calling scam that has been ongoing.

Called saying electricity would be turned off unless we paid our outstanding debt. When informed that we had paid it, we were told that our payment had been applied to another account. They couldn't stop the person coming to turn off our electricity unless we paid our bill. So we did and paid via MoneyPak PrePaid cards.

Our business received a call from "PGE" and they told us they have a past due bill and that they were going to shut off our energy the same day unless we make a payment over the phone. We had set up auto-pay so we were confused as to why this had happened. We thought it was fishy when we asked for which account number (because we have multiple accounts) and they were unable to tell us. We also knew that PGE has to give notice of disconnection and we had never received anything. I took a phone number and told her I'd call her back with a card. Then, I called PG&E on the number on one of our bills and they informed us that there was this scam going on and that our account was up to date.
I don't have the phone number anymore as this happened a little while ago but I thought I'd post it for others to know so no one falls for this. The called ID was also misleading as it said UTILITIES.

A supposably PG&E debt collectors called my parents house saying that my parents had not payed the electricity bill and there was a technician on the way to cut the lights out . They wanted a payment AZAP and even found a way to contact me about it when my phone number is not in the account. I ended up figuring out it was a scam so I hanged up the phone and they would not stop calling for about 10 minutes .

Work was being done by Southern CA Edison, the ones who always do it. I received a call the same day from PG&E, from a rude and obnoxious guy who new exactly what was done. He said I was wasting to much energy, I must save, listen to what he says and do it. I hung up. I was told PG&E doesn't do work out here because it's out of their area.
