I received a phone call from "PG&E" and told that my electricity will be discontinued if I did not pay

a portion of my bill immediately. None have my bills have been paid late or not paid. If I hung up and

called them back to verify the call the power would be shut off. I was extremely skeptical (since all

my bills were paid up) and just hung up after she requested my Visa number for payment.
