A phone call to my parents house reporting that there was a complaint against me. When i returned the call, the woman said she was from PFS and that she was a private collector for her client which she names JVC Processing. She stated that I took a out a online payday loan July 7th, 2010 and fraudulently cashed a check. She had my social security number and birthday. She also provided an email address and a routing number that were not mine but she said they were mine. She kept saying that i had to pay $510 or i would be taken to court for fraud. The phone number they called me from is the same that i called them on, was 1-855-385-5323.
