This company is working together with Ant Hill Ferrets to scam people on pet deliveries. We ordered 2 ferrets from Ant Hill Ferrets, they use this delivery system. Pet Swift Travel delivery emailed me stating the ferrets needed different carriers to board their plane, they offered 3 different options the cheapest being $550 Refundable deposit. We paid that. 10 minutes later we get an email saying the pets can’t board without pet insurance, again fully refundable. We knew at this point it was a scam. They told us we would be charged boarding and food if we did not pay for the insurance. I told both places to call us and we tried calling them but no one called us and no on answered. We have NO ferrets and NO refunds. No one has contacted us after we told them we wanted refunded.
