PetsUnlimited messaged me through Instagram about purchasing a dog collar and then uploading a picture of my dog wearing the collar and she would be featured as one of their models. I purchased a collar for $20 with my dogs name on it. It’s been over a month and their website says my order is still be processed. I cannot get anyone to respond to me through email or social media asking for an update on my order. I’ve even asked for a refund and still no answer.
