Type of a scam Online Purchase
royalsheperds.com <royalsheperedsshaus@gmail> who is also
included in this report Atlanta Ga. I was informed that petsmart
delivery was supposed to handle transport after I paid for puppy.
just before take off petsmart delivery emailed that I have to pay
for flight insurance $870.00 which I did and I would be refunded %98
back at time of delivery, also posted on their website. petsamrt
would not email me or call me with flight information/delivery time
kept canceling flights at the last minute. I waited all day for
puppy delivery Friday 01/08/2016 as was agreed. No phone call and no
emails or retun phone calls from delivery service. Now petsmart
wants another $749 for a special crate that a shipping company
should have. I notified both delivery service and royalsheperds that
I want a refund of all moneys paid to delivery service and I will
drive down to GA to pick up puppy form breeder. Petsamrt emailed me
on 01/09/2016 that the puppy was not returned to breeder and is now
at a petsamrt abandon home for flight pets but I still cannot get
any address to pick up puppy.
