I adopted a pet online and the owner took the puppy to the delivery service. Since day one they have asked for fees including cage, food, vaccinations, late deliveries, change of my address fees, and the lure of insurance company refundable fees. They would notify you that they are 30 minutes away and that you have to pay a new fee or delivery would not be completed. They repeated this process every other day. Since I refused to pay today's rate of $ 850 they said I would find things difficult. They would not give an address or a point of contact.
