Pets Unlimited is a scam company and not a legitimate business. They have hundreds of reviews online and I was also recently ripped off after purchasing pet supplies and never receiving them. They do not list a phone or address to respond to and they have stolen thousands upon thousands of dollars from individuals ordering from their website. I was lucky enough to file a claim with my bank and they informed me of the above information based on other claims that have come in to the bank. They have had their original website shut down due to this and are now back online with another by adding an "s" after pets. https://petssunlimited.com/ Again this a fraudulent site and I wish the ScamPulse.com or authorities would finally take some action against them.

Purchased from Pets Unlimited on July 21, 2021, a BOGO promo for comfy beds. I ordered 2, size 4XL (to fit my labs), and $3.00 xtra for faster shipping. On Aug 4, 2021, I got 1, very small piece of garbage bed! I paid $93.97 for crap! The only thing right, was the color. They have no customer service phone number. Everything is by email. Every email is answered with, “please be patient, and allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply”. The only replies you get are, “ please be patient, we are working on your request“ They have a refund policy, but will not honor it. I have posted on a website called *******************. Re: Dog Beds. I have had numerous responses from other people getting scammed just the way I did. I want this posted out there, so hopefully these people can be shut down. They are in different states, so I cannot pinpoint one address to them. If you look up Pets Unlimited and/or My Pets Unlimited, you will find a website for these beds. I’ve already sent a complaint to the BBB, requesting recovery of my losses. We will see what happens. In the meantime, I want to make everyone else aware of this fraudulent company!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!
