Ordered two dog beds for $89.99 on August 16th. Quickly was told it shipped via shop and charged to my bank August 20th. Two weeks pass no item, contacted them and they said they are held in fulfillment due to COVID. Continue to wait and check, excuse after excuse. Eventually said other items are in stock, switched the item to another color so I could get the item and then again nothing sent. Now generic emails and or no reply requesting a refund it has been well over one months time.
