I purchased a puppy from a breeder in Houston, Texas. He then took the puppy to Pets Relocator Service to have them transport the puppy to me in Idaho. I was contacted via email saying that I needed to rent a air conditioned crate for the puppy to fly in because of the distance. I called them up and was told I had to pay the $1100 for the crate but I would get 95% of the money back upon arrival at my home. The next day I get a email saying the puppy is in St. Louis at the airport and needs puppy insurance. I asked why was I not told before he left Texas. They said they forgot and it was to protect the puppy. The cost was $980 and it would all be runfundable upon arrival at my house. I thought the puppy would be arriving in Idaho today but I awoke to another email. The puppy is still in St. Louis and needs shots. I was told in the email $800 worth of shots. I called the Pets Relocator Service up and asked about the shots and was told that the puppy could not continue his trip to Idaho without the shots. I told them that I have been a pet owner for years and I have never paid $800 for shots. I asked to speak to someone in a higher position and was told he was the manager. I told them that I wanted an email of what shots he needed that totaled $800. I have yet to receive it. The website is huge for this company and looks very official. They say they ship world wide yet the only contact number is in Houston, Texas. I think I have been scammed.
