Entered the website and was offered an emailed coupon for 20% off my purchase. Purchased an engraved dog collar and was told my order would process and ship within 2-3 business days. It has been over 3 weeks and I have received no follow up information. Tried to contact representative/company to inquire again about order and phone number says it is not in service. No alternate email given besides email listed. Website says responses take about 1 business day but have not heard from anyone in over several weeks.
