I purchased a sphynx cat who said they would ship the car to me. The cargo company reached out abs said they needed 1250 for a state transfer permit. Then said delta air lines required pet insurance 1017 (i had a occur of the plane ticket). I was told it took them to long to process the paperwork and the cat and pet nanny missed their flight. The next day i received an email with the new flight info. A few hours later i was called by the cargo company saying that due to the pet being reported by the airlines there was a wellness fee being charged by I don't know what they are called like animal control of 1875. I said i wasn't going to pay it and i was informed i would be reported for animal abandonment. The breeder agreed to pay 800 of the 1875. So i paid the 1075. The breeder did not pay the 800. The car was not shipped. I was informed this money would be reimbursed at time of delivery of the cat. When I asked if i could just drive up and get the cat the cargo company said no.
