This internet business claims to sell automobile metal wall art. They advertise on Facebook, which is where I learned of them I went to their website, searched their products, and decided to purchase something. I placed an order on May 11, 2023 with the expectation to receive my product no later than June 12, 2023. Nothing ever arrived. The only means of contacting the company is by their website messaging. I used the online form to send an inquiry for my order status on May 27th with no response. After placing my order, I had started receiving advertising emails, and I attempted to contact the company on May 31st and June 10th via the company email with no response. I also attempted to contact the company via their Facebook advertisement page (in which I could see they had been responding to other people's comments) on June 14th with no response.
