Purchased a puppy but sent money through money gram $250 (already filed a report through them). I was able to get a tracking number for the dog it said it was being delivered then a couple hours later it said it was being withheld for insurance reasons and asked for more money. I refused because the initial agreement was to pay $250 and they send the puppy.
