They had an ad on Facebook and instagram for these a customized compass. I order one back on Sept 31. It was said to have shipped back on Oct. 5th. It is now Nov 19th, and I have no item. Several times I checked the shipping status and it still still it is processing and not in transit. I contacted the seller several times. At first they said just to wait cause it was on a waiting list. A week based, and i contacted again, they said just to give it time. I waited, and the status still was processing, so I asked for the item to be canceled and have my card refunded. They said they couldn't cause the item was in transit. I check the tracking, it was not in transit it was still processing. I wait a few more days, and they said the item was lost in transit, so they would get in touch with the carrier and find out more, and send me a new one. I wait a few days, they never reach out to me. I check status again and it is still processing. I contact them again, and have no reply. This was six days ago. Nothing has changed. They stole my money and have been no help at all.
