There web site is jacked up. When you go to pay nothing never pops up. Saying your oder number is. It pop was order not completely. You I had multiple of order because of that. I emailed that that email me back saying they will get it thouch with me. Never did so I email them back no response. So two days latter them email me back after other is shipped. Saying they're sorry but they just shipped that order.

I purchased 4 cans of itch relief formula from PETLAB CO. for my two English Bulldogs, and it did not work at all. It made them sick with diareah, and caused them both to throw up! Then they sent two more cans that I did not order at all for $54.00. They refused to refund my money. The product is a scam and does not help our dogs from itching even a little bit.

I bought itch releif for my Yorkie and it doesn't work. I tried to
get a phone number for Pet Lab and it's no use. a phone # to call and ask about a return. There is no number anywhere.
There is no phone number anywhere, and now I realize I
have been scammed. There is a place that says customer service
phone , but it goes nowhere. Just a lie. I believe it is time for further action.

I was looking for a natural itch remedy for my dog so I ordered an anti itch chew from petlab co I also purchased similar products from other companies. I kept the first Anti itch chew that arrived and sent the rest back To the companies petlab co told me to refuse the order and then they would refund my order and cancel my subscription I was kinda confused because was unaware of signing up for a subscription I was under the impression it was a one time purchase. They refunded me for my purchase I thought that was that. Until last month when I received a notice from my bank that my account was overdraft because of an unauthorized purchase from petlab co. I emailed them they told me not to worry they would refund my account the money they took for the unauthorized purchase and refund overdraft fee so they refunded the 52 dollars and paid the one out of the two overdraft fees the twelve dollar fee and not the 37.99 fee and told me that was all they are reimbursing me because my account wasn’t negative my account has overdraft protection I pay a one time fee to have funds pulled from my savings account to prevent overdraft fees. They told me they would be unable to refund me for the fee they caused. I can also forward copies of the email correspondence.

I saw Petlabs advertisement through Instagram. When I purchased a product last month - TO TRY OUT - I DID NOT enter into A billing agreement. When I received the product, that is when it was clearer how deceptive their add is - you literally have to purchase 2 - 3 bottles to even see any affects on top of when I filled out my dogs profile to see the correct supplement amount - their site was not upfront with what it would really take for him to see an affect. It is very scammy and sketchy and not fair and I have seen other complaints about the same situation especially the billing issue. I did not sign up for automatic billing and it is sooooo conveinant that when you go on their site you cant even find away to get on your account.
