Companion pet services is also part of the scam along with Univeral Carriers. I bought a yorkie puppy from them who in turn set up Universal Carriers to arrange transport. I received a txt with tracking. Then I received an email stating that air transport needed her crate upgraded due to the weather ( seemed legit). They asked to be paid by Zelle as this was the rental cage was fully refundable upon arrival. I received an email with confirmation of payment. Then another email stated I would get asked about insurance. I replied to that email- I was told I had to get the insurance. Then all of a sudden I was ghosted. No response. No more emails. breeder. Neither one would answer or callback. I do believe they are in cahoots together. I should have known better to do Zelle. There is no way to get the money back. If the funds on the crate are refundable why do they not just send them. It is really disgusting that they have to make their living this way. None of that additional information was disclosed to me when I arranged for the puppy..
