A website listed dogs for sale. The individual selling the dogs is Peter Strechman. I was told to wire $700 to him and he would arrange to have the dog sent to me by courier. The seller allegedly lived at 460 Berry Ave, Little Key Torch, Fl 33042. Upon wiring the money to this individual, a courier company based in Cameroon was set up to manage the transfer. I was then asked to wire another $1300, some of which would be refunded upon delivery of the puppy. Richard Adams 321 234 5124 and the regional office 909 301 8451 were provided to me.

Needless to say, there was no puppy delivered.
