We were approached in a parking lot by a man who purported to be a auto body mechanic that had 14 years experience and "specialized in totaled cars". He promised that we would not have to pay until the repair was complete. He followed us to our home and did the "repair". The repair was horrible and after he was done he put something on the repair that he said needed to stay on for a day because heat would pull out the dent. It turns out that what he put on was Bondo that now we can't get off and we are out $800. We did get his license number car description, name phone number and VIN number of his car.
