This person emailed me a large order to my online store. He said he was in Switzerland and that I should use his shipping company as he doesn't like to use other shippers. The shipping company was called DXB Logisitics. I contacted DXB and they informed I had to wire transfer payment for the shipping fees (which were significantly higher than other shipping companies I looked into). I couldn't find any information about DXB online and when I asked about their company (website, physical address etc) they did not respond. Their email is [email protected] which seemed fishy to me as well. I did not send any money and I cancelled the order to the customer.
