Replied to a Facebook post about a mainecoon kitten through Facebook messenger. We exchanged a few messages she asked where I live, and said either pickup or she'll deliver. I asked how much for for the kitten and delivery fees. She said kitten was $300 and delivery fee was $30. If i sent $100, kitten will be delivered to my door, i send her a picture of me with the kitten and then send her the remaining $230. I sent her the $100 she said kitten was at the delivery agency, ready to be shipped. The delivery agency sent me a text message telling me the kitten was there and they have to use a temperature regulated crate gave me 3 cooses to choose from how much each one would cost and said i would be paid back either all money or 80%. I choose crate C for $300 with the 80% refund. They said kitten will go out first thing in the morning and once out for delivery i would get the tracking info. Next day i ask how things go they tell me kitten needs insurance that is fully refunded once kitten is delivered an its $300. I figured for the safety of the kitten I'll pay for it, they'll refund me the full amount. I sent them the money through cash app just like the first time. They said kitty was out for delivery and tracking information will be sent soon. I waited for am hour or so asked if they had the tracking information and they send that there was technical issues with the tracking they had someone working on it an as soon as it gets fixed ill get the information. As i was waiting for my kitten and the tracking information i get things around the house and prepare for the kitten and the seller messages me asking me if i got everything with the delivery agency taken care of and asked for the tracking information. I told her everything was taken care of but i didnt get tracking there was something wrong with the system. An hour before kitten is supposed to at its new home the delivery agency sent me a message telling me they need $300 for city permit license that is refunded back but $100 so i would obly get $200. I said i wasnt paying unless the kitten was delivered and i still haven't gotten tracking. I did threaten with reporting and then they sent me what looked like real paper work for shipping and invoice for city permit fees. I continued to tell them I couldn't pay the only money I had left was what i owe the seller once kitten got delivered. They said they'll see what they can do and then i get a message from the seller telling me to just pay the $230 for the city permit and her the the delivery agency will handle things. I said ill pay for the city permit fee once the kitten gets delivered and i get refunded i even offered the seller the $100 that the agency would keep. So instead of getting $330 she was going to gey $430. The agency and seller then started making me feel horrible because this poor baby kitten was just sitting in the back of a delivery truck. I still refused to pay the city permit fee and told them I wanted refunded. They said i would get refunded in 48 hours. I got on cash app and sent refund request for my money and reported them for scam got on Facebook and reported the seller for being a scam and did everything i needed to do. I waiting the 48 hours. This all happened on February 3rd, 4th, 6th. When my 48 hours was up I contacted the delivery agency about my refund and they said that there was a refund fee of $100 to send me my money or to pay for the delivery of the kitten for $200. I told them i just wanted the refund they said i would get. Thats all i want as this point is the refund.

I thought I was purchasing a puppy from Preston Puppy Family (3210 Arden Lane, Durham, NC 27703) at a cost of $600 (shipping included). I received a shipping details and tracking information from the seller where the puppy was being shipped through Safe Air Pet Relocators. The next morning, 5/25/31, when the puppy was not delivered when promised, I contacted the seller, who informed me to check the tracking. There I had a notification from the shipper that I need an AC crate for the puppy to proceed from Ohio to Mississippi due to weather conditions. The $1000 fee for the crate was to be fully refundable upon delivery. I was also informed the fastest was to pay the crate rental was to send the money to the seller. Okay, I thought that was reasonable, so I sent the $1000 fee for the crate to the seller. I received a confirmation from the shipper of the AC crate payment and new delivery details that my pup would be delivered at 4:00 PM that afternoon with total refunds of $1000. I was later informed I needed a USDA permit for the pup to be allowed into Mississippi at a cost of $1500, again fully refundable upon delivery. The seller sent her permit, but that was not acceptable. I was again told the send the money through the seller to pay at the shipper's office. Sent once and she said it didn't go through properly (echeck). I sent again, which the agreement the seller was going to return the $1500 to me. Again, the seller said she couldn't get the money out of PayPal. The shipper informed me to go get $1500 in American Express gift cards and even sent a picture of the one I was supposed to purchase. I actually found the cards but did not complete the purchase. The shipper basically called me a liar about looking for the gift cards and the puppy had been sent to quarantine. I contacted the seller and told her she could pay that out of the money I had sent her. The next day I received a "permit" in my name but questioned why the Certificate number and Customer number were the same as the seller. They said that to expedite delivery. Then I got a message from the seller that they needed an additional $500 to pay for feeding and accommodations in order for her to leave the Memphis Airport (she was never sent to Mississippi). I refused and demanded an full refund of $4600 from the seller (since all the money had gone to her). She said okay and she would notify the shipper and "we ill be able to pay the $500 so that everything can be completed and you get her delivered and get a full refund." That was 3 days ago with no word since. I researched the USDA site and they do not regulate pets interstate travel. That is a state regulation, so the permit was totally bogus. Thankfully I have all texts between the seller and myself and all chat conversations between the shipper and me.

Fake pet shipping company that continulry request money and claims to hold the pet until money is paid.

The company is called spedizione Global, it says that it is in charge of transporting animals and that they are experts in it, a person in new york decides to send me a puppy for the cost of air tickets (200), so the company does not inform in At the time, what are the costs associated with sending the animal and assume that it will only be a payment, as the days go by this company changes the flight itinerary and in turn the costs of the flight, so that if one does not pay the They threaten to go to court, I go from 850 to 1500 and so on, so when they say your puppy is in California you have to pay the cost of maintaining the dog, when they had never said this, none of the associated costs were previously announced They did not even have the costs associated with these, they only charge under the situation that they are seeing. This process began in January and to date the only thing they have said is that I must pay for the maintenance of the dog that already reaches 1500
