Pet Oasis Transport will make it seem they will deliver your pet and then start asking for additional crates, insurance, etc. It is a complete scam they want you to send the money via Zelle. They call you and email you until you sent the money and say they will refund you once you get the pet, which is all a lie.

CAROL PAINTER IS A SCAMMER DO NOT SEND HER MONEY! She tried to scam me in to sending her money for a corgi puppy. She was going to send it from LA through the pet oasis transport. She gave me her a sad story which made it seem more legit ,but do not get scammed. I was almost scammed by her and I would not want other people to get scammed. It was too good to be true.

When it came time to make a payment, I called the company, found it funny how a guy answered with a heavy Indian accent. Got really suspicious at the zelle request...so did some googling and came upon this site. Don't fall for it. These scummmmm !

Thankfully I read the comments from above. Seemed too good to be true. She identified as Jasmine Wisdom (910) 759-3851. Pretty much exactly same scheme as the other people in this post. They are giving free puppies but they moved to LA so they will ship them to you for $650. I didn't get to the point of sending money because the person I contacted never wanted to speak on the phone and would avoid certain questions. I was only going to pay once I got the puppies, not before. Once they told me the name of the relocation company (Pet Oasis transport), I came onto this site and noticed it was a scam. Be careful.

I was looking for a french bulldog on craigslist( i know bad idea) found someone who was “ rehoming” their dog. I texted them, they introduced themselves as Carol Painter. She wanted me to give her my email in order for her to send pictures of the the two puppies. At first she told me the puppies were free because her husband and her just moved to LA and their apartment does not allow puppies,I was really skeptical, because who gives away thousand dollar puppies for free? But she seemed so concerned for the puppies; calling them her “babies”,asking to send monthly pictures to show their progress, asking how I will take care of them. I was like “ wow she really cares for these puppies” she even went as far as describing their personalities, talking about how they love to cuddle and get kisses. She sent questionnaires to see how the puppies would be cared for. Fast forward, she asks me for my info to send to the transport company in order to get the puppies to my house. Mind you this is all in a span of a day, like who works that fast? However I give her my information and Pet oasis transport send me an email talking abt the transportation fee of $450 and how they don't take debit only Zelle…. Like if u gonna scam, scam right. What big company in 2022 dont take debit or credit.At that point I looked at my mom, my mom looked at me and we knew… THIS A SCAM. Like puhleaseee, so I thought might as well have fun. I started harassing Carol, spamming her with emails, basically laughing in her/his/it’s face. #scammergetscammed

Pet Oasis transport is a scam transport company that only keeps adding more and more fees along the journey that your pets are supposed to be making to you they keep adding on prices and promise refund but never do it. it starts out as an ad for two puppies that are expensive dogs and it's usually posting on Craigslist then the posting disappears once they think that they have found a victim and then they use this company and say that the dogs will be transported and that they need payment or they won't come and it should not cost that much to transport an animal and I noticed a lot of lies I caught them in so I figured that it was a scam and I did my research and found out that it was so I'm so glad I did not pay!

I contacted Margaret Painter (909)363-0687) via Craigslist about two corgi puppies she needed to rehome due to her relocating. She said the puppies were free but I had to pay shipping since she now lives In Los Angeles, California. Margaret said the fee was $650 and I would be contacted by pets oasis transport on more details and to collect payment. Once contacted by pets oasis I sent $650 through zelle to [email protected] they then sent me shipping confirmation and tracking info. The next day pets oasis contacted me again via email ([email protected]) and via phone (626)427-7311) saying that an additional $1260 is needed for a temperature controlled crate at that point I was a bit concerned but proceeded to pay the $1260 for the crate via zelle. Pets oasis assured me that once the pets were delivered and I had given the crate back to the delivery people that I would immediately be refunded back my money for the crate. Within a few hours they contacted me again saying the puppies were on hold in Little Rock, Arkansas saying that a CITES permit was needed and it would be an additional $1500 which would also be refunded with the delivery of the puppies. I called pets oasis and told them to cancel and I wanted a refund. Pets oasis told me I would get a refund when they got the puppies back since then I have lost contact. I tried calling Margaret and Pets oasis but both will not answer my calls but of course now I know it was a scam.
