Also, you need to rent a travel crate from the shipping company which is an Airline Kennel Approved Crate & pay a caution fee which is 100% refundable upon the arrival of your puppy today. It's the responsibility of the owner to handle that and I have told them to contact you directly so that you can rent a new crate and pay the caution fee as usual.
All the change of ownership papers, sales agreement showing you're the new owner of the puppy has been handed over to them. I have an appointment and I will not be around but if you have any questions please leave me a message via email and I will reply back later once I get back home.

destined for your location as indicated below.

Due to the fluctuation of climate and taking into consideration that the
weather condition, Precipitation, humidity and wind condition is
completely different from where the puppy was living and where they're
going. It's normal that these changes would affect the puppy. I wish to
notify you that the Basket crate that the puppy was brought into our
facility wasn't the airline approved crate for your puppy. The seller
brought the puppy inside a wooden basket crate which isn't l approved to
ship them inside. (A Temperature Regulatory Crate is needed and it is
your responsibility to rent a new approved crate because you are the new
owner of the puppy). Also, without the travel crate we can't ship your
puppy. Also, your state has pet laws and must be strictly followed. See
below.....
Pet abuse and abandonment is a criminal offense in the US and one may be
fined or jailed for it. However, we do not want any of our customers to
be victimized by this concept of pet cruelty. We advise you to treat
this matter with some urgency and get back to us as soon as possible.
The cost of the Refundable Travel Crate Policy calculated by our
statisticians is listed below.
THIS CRATE FEE IS 100% REFUNDABLE TO THE RECEIVER OF THE PETS/DOG UPON
ARRIVAL. Your puppy has been tested and confirmed for delivery with a
comprehensive exam.

We offer electronic crates at our agency. Also, we don't sell these
crates to our customers rather we offer them on hire/rental terms to
safeguard pets on flight. The money paid for this crate would be fully
refunded to the receiver. We charge just $30 as rental fee but you have
to pay a caution fee of $970 and the $970 is refundable upon delivery of
your puppy.
You have to show identification during delivery. We will deliver your
puppy and would take our rented Ventilated Crate back as soon as your
money is refunded. It's going to be the same delivery so we will refund
your money as soon as we arrive.
