I sent this "Quincy Wilburn" $720. dollars for $600 puppy and $120. transportation fee, then proceeded to get to Pet Movers, transportation and say I needed to pay for a air condition crate for $1300. dollars this was Thursday, Sept. 27, sent that. Now Ineed another $857. for quarantine. I contacted both Tn., and Virginia Beach police dept. No one seems to be doing anything, and the guy Christopher, is constantly harassing me and asking for more money, saying, he's the only one trying to help me, to get my puppy and my refund.
