I ordered 4 pet beds and was told I would receive them in 30-45 business days. That time frame has passed and the website now says forbidden and the phone number is not a working business number.

This company advertised heated pet beds for 7.76 on Facebook. I ordered on 5/7/18. There is no phone number for them anymore and many other people are complaining about it on Facebook. These people took a lot of money from suckers like us.

I saw this add on facebook...too good to be true type....I have animals and was looking for beds...so i ordered a bed from them...free shipping...they took my credit card info and my money and i have yet to receive product. So i wenr to track my order..page doesn't exist anymore...email does not send and phone number just rings....i looked online to find out others have been thru it too.

I initially saw an ad on Facebook from a company called Pet Lovers Exclusive, for low priced dog beds, dog and cat toys. I read through alot of the "comments" and there were many comments saying they had received their items and how much they loved them. I often donate goods and money to nonprofit rehab animal shelters, so on April 27, 2018, I placed an order for several dog beds, totaling $37.25, which I paid with my debit card. The very next day, the same site on Facebook, offered for a limited time, 60% off their already low prices. So, I ordered additional beds, in various sizes and some dog and cat toys, totaling this time, $51.34. I was so excited about the low prices, that I wrote up a short message and put it on Facebook, an endorsement if you will, about if you want a good deal on pet supplies, to visit this site. Two days later, I sent this company an email, asking them for a tracking number and to see how long it would take for my orders to be delivered. They did write me back and said they could not furnish me with a tracking number because of the extremely low prices, free shipping and that the items were coming from overseas...and that it would take 30-45 days for them to be delivered. I wrote them back and voiced my disappointment in them not offering a tracking number because I'd ordered many items from ebay, that came from overseas, with free shipping and I'd always been given a tracking number. They never replied back. So, I went to their ad on Facebook and about two dozen times, I wrote in the comments section, for everyone to see, that the company didn't offer a tracking number and that the items would take 30-45 days. Five days after placing my order, I received two separate emails, one for each order, saying that my order had been shipped and to give 30-45 days for delivery. I pretty much just let the time pass and then 2 Sundays ago, I started getting messages on Messenger, some threatening to have me investigated, wanting to know where their orders were and some people just asked if I'd ever received my order. After letting them know that I had not received my orders and asking questions, I found out that we had been scammed. The reason some people threatened to have me investigated, was because of that "endorsement" I wrote because when they did a search for Pet Lovers Exclusive Company, my name and endorsement popped up. I had no idea, me trying to be nice, would come back to bite me in the butt! I went to my bank and filed a complaint and claim, gave them all the information I had and in a few days, my bank refunded me the money that I had been scammed out of. I was SO naive to let this happen and I will NEVER place an order from a place that doesn't offer an address and tracking number. I also feel that Facebook should do more to make sure these ads are monitored and checked to make sure they are legitimate.

Ordered 2 dog beds, never received items. Tried to call phone number listed all it did was ring, tried to email and it came back unable to deliver. Just looking for a refund.

It was a company on Facebook selling things for pets they even had food reviews they would say it takes 45 days to ship the website is no longer up and there's no way to contact them. I came across a group that is starting to try and file a lawsuit so I'm not the only one that has been scammed.

I orders some beds for my cat and dog, exciting for the low price. I received both and order confirmation and shipping notification. The shipping email, stated it would take 30-45 days for delivery and since shipping was free there was no tracking available. I have ordered from other sites where the items ended up coming from China, so 30-45 days didn’t bother me. It was when I went to contact them about not receiving the order...the website was no longer valid, their Facebook page offline, emails were returned and no answer on the phone. While I am only out $28...it’s is still frustrating.
