Rip off

petbirdbreeders.com, a non-existent company, claims to sell exotic birds. I thought I bought a parrots from them. I sent them $575 and then they disappeared. They blocked my number and answered if I text on a different number. If you right a review on the website it is not posted. No morals. Bad karma

They scammed me with a fraudulent website that has photos of different birds. They are professional Theives that have no regard to hard working people steeling their money. They responded to every text message until they got the money Zelled and then they blocked my number but they kept responding to other numbers with a new promise to send birds and scam the new callers.

petbirdbreeders.com, a non-existent company, purports to sell exotic birds. I thought I bought a pair of parrots from them. I sent them $800. I was next contacted by someone who claimed to be from Transport Cargo Logistics, another non-existent company.They charged me a so-called refundable $1465 for an air-conditioned crate, veterinary care, and transportation associated fees. When I became suspicious and questioned them, they went silent.

I have been scammed by this website. Petbirdbreeders.com

They claim you can purchase a bird and the cost of shipping is only $100. I payed $400 for the cost of the bird plus $100 shipping (payed on Paypal). However the next day I was hit with a email saying they needed an "urgent crate shipping fee" and they now wanted $1200 so I can receive my bird. They wanted me to pay that through Google pay or apple pay (which does not have payment protection) they said it was 98% "refundable" but I highly doubt it. I was not disclosed about this charge until after I payed the $500. I told them that I was not willing to pay them that much and wanted a refund. It has been 3 days since I asked for the refund and they continue to ignore me.

I then message them through another number to see if they would also lie and tell me that the shipping was only $100. They did even after I asked if that price would "cover everything" they responded with yes. They told me the shipping price depended on the type of bird... They gave me the same $100 price on both birds that happened to be different in size.

I was willing to pay the $500 because I knew that PayPal has buyers protection and I would be able to get my money back if something were to happen. Now I know that they try to scam you with the "urgent shipping fee" on Google pay where you are not protected.

Please look into this to ensure that no body gets scammed like this again. Their website looks well made and seems like a legitimate business. They have information on tons of birds that they supposedly sell. The worst part is that it's hard to tell this is a scam.
