This company sent me a message thanking me for a payment of $465.95 charged to my credit card for a "renewing a plan" for 10 units of Pest reject at $45.00 plus shipping and handling. When I called the "Help" phone number (808)210-2244 was told that in order to cancel the order, I had to download a URL (www.cancel05.weebly.com) and that web asked me to allow the link to make changes to my PC - the woman (with a heavy foreign accent) claimed that that was the only way to cancel the order. I decided that it was very weird the request and stopped the process and inform her that I would report this 'renewal' auto charge to my cc as a fraudulent tactic - the woman said -"that's fine, you will be charge for the renewal unless you go through this on line process" I hung up. I think this is a scam and I will be checking all my CC's for the fraudulent charges and I hope you can f.u. on this company's illegal practices.
