A man that called himself Jason came to my place of residence to do an initial consultation for squirrel removal from my ceiling. i was able to show him the entry point where they were getting in. Jason claimed to have returned and set traps on the roof of the apartment building, i am hesitant to believe he ever returned due to never hearing the noise from the squirrels stop. He claimed to have trapped one and said i had at least four still in there. From that time my landlord and i have messaged Jason several times, to get no response or if he did respond he never showed up to do the work. So as a result i still have a squirrel in my ceiling which i believe has had babies from the scratching noises i now have started hearing. Jason is not a good business man and is nothing short of a scammer. google reviews show many more people that have been scammed by him, i wish i would have seen them sooner. All websites pertaining to Fur and Feathers Wildlife Control should be shut down permanently.

Agreed to, 2 pest control sessions, discount session and full price session. Saleman offered higher rates first the down to 2 sessions. Said he needed his supervisor to update the online contract and that id receive the adjusted offer. I did sign the original contract which I was assured was to get the first session done. Then received email notification for more sessions called customer service who said they would NEVER offer that deal and kept referring to the contract. I was duped, told them either salesman lied or they were doing bait and switch scam. Was told it was 199 to cancel. I stopped payment via my bank. Salesman's name is *** **** working OKC area. Don't sign anything. After call to their customer service my online account was no longer valid. SCAM. Headed down to the OKC office on Monday 24jul23 to address this again.
