Scammer that contacted me went by the name Ray Carter. The phone number that he used was 850.284.0098. He said that he worked for Personal Loans USA, which looked like a legitimate website. He said that he was going to help get me a loan that helped build my credit. When he saw that my account was in the negative, he said that he was going to deposit money into my account to help me get my account balance back into the positive as well as give me the loan that I requested. Eventually, there was indeed money in my account, however, it wasn't from him (although I didn't realize it at the time). He told me to refund the remaining portion of money back to him, but when that failed, he told me to send the money to him at walmart using a barcode that he texted me. It seemed strange at first, but as I said before, it seemed like a legitimate website to me, as well as I really needed the money to cover my deductible for a medical procedure that I am needing in the future, so I decided to trust him. When a couple of hours passed and I still had not received my loan, even though he said that I would definitely receive my loan that night, I started to get upset with him. So, I called him back and asked what was the hold up. He said that he needed me to send him more money through walmart with another barcode. That's when I started to realize that I was being scammed. I then checked my account and realized that the money that had been deposited to my account was actually a preliminary credit from my bank due to a dispute that I had made about a month ago.
